These T-shirts are 100% cotton and completely, and I mean completely, hand-made with superior craftsmanship and care. Here’s the process I used. First, I planted my entire backyard in cotton, which grows well here in the upper south. Then I watered, sprayed, fertilized, and weeded my cotton patch from spring until fall. Next, I harvested the cotton by hand, then I ginned the cotton, which reminded me that it was time for a long happy hour. Several hours later, I spun the cotton into thread on my spinning wheel. After that I wove the thread into cloth on my loom. Then I hand-dyed the cloth. After sufficient drying time, I hand-cut and sewed the cloth into T-shirts.

All this effort yielded exactly enough cotton for TWO T-shirts! One, of course, is for me.

The other shirt is now for sale on this site. After carefully calculating my costs and figuring my labor at minimum wage, the cost of this unique shirt is only $4,783.52 plus S&H.
