I think that picture is historically inaccurate.  The pirate’s peg leg had a clawfoot and looked more ‘ Queen Anne’s’ than what was depicted.

    1. The peg leg of Blacklung Bill was originally a leg from a small tea table in Queen Anne’s boudoir. It seems that one day her ladies-in-waiting served her lukewarm tea. QA was so enraged by this that she overturned the table and ripped off one of the legs. She then used the leg to beat 3 of the ladies so severely that they became the first people to ever file workman’s comp claims. After a court hearing, the 3 ladies-in-waiting were sentenced to death and immediately executed. Doofus Boy later purchased the table leg at an online auction.

  2. How long does it take you to draw something like that?

Some say Van Gogh actually saw things the way he painted them. I worry for you……

    1. 3 minutes 14 seconds. Van Gogh wore his glasses at a 57 degree angle. Be assured that you don’t worry about me half as much as my neighbors.
Thanks for commenting. I am relieved to hear that you didn’t get wiped out by the eclipse.
